bE inspired - Engineering Exploration Day

The programme was organized by Careers Team. 23 S3 students participated in the activity. The aim of the activity was to develop their engineering mindset and interest in STEM as well as appreciate the many possibilities and development pathways in engineering.
During the activity, students were asked to work with the volunteer engineer from Arup to finish two tasks which helped to develop their 21st century core skills including creativity, critical thinking and team collaboration. In addition, students visited the CLP Black Point Power Station and Airside, knowing more about the building and infrastructure from an engineering perspective.
