Calbee HK factory visit

On 27 June 2024, 19 S1 and S2 students visited the Calbee HK factory at the Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate. The aim of the activity was to understand the food production process of Calbee and to stir up their interest in the dynamic world of business. The students had the opportunity to wear protective suits and enter restricted areas to witness firsthand how fresh potatoes were transformed into a pack of potato chips. The students actively engaged in the tour and were fascinated by the freshly made potato chips they sampled during the food tasting session.
