S4 THS Tai O Culture Tour

Our S4 Tourism and Hospitality Studies students recently participated in a cultural tour of Tai O, where they engaged in a variety of enriching activities. The excursion included a scenic boat trip, a visit to the historic Tai O Heritage Hotel, and an exploration of the Sun Ki Bridge. Students also had the opportunity to collaborate with local residents in making salted egg yolk and steamed glutinous rice dumplings. This experience effectively connected their academic studies to the principles of sustainable tourism and cultural heritage.
